Founded in 2009 by Our Grand Father Tikam Chand Chhalani, our company began as a small family business in the heart of Rajasthan. With a deep appreciation for the region's agricultural heritage, particularly its exceptional watermelons, we set out to preserve and share this culinary treasure with the world.
What started as a modest operation has grown into a respected enterprise, but our core values remain unchanged. We continue to work directly with local farmers, many of whom have been with us since the beginning, maintaining traditional harvesting methods while incorporating modern standards of quality and hygiene.
Today, the second generation of the Chhalani family leads our company, bringing fresh perspectives while honoring our founding principles of quality, integrity, and respect for tradition.
